I thought that pricing my home cheaply would mean that I sell my house fast. Turns out, I was wrong.
I thought I did all the right things, I priced my home lower than the comparable properties in my local market, and yes, I certainly generated a lot of interest. I found out the hard way that interested buyers are not the only thing I needed to sell my house fast. There are a number of time consuming problems associated with a real estate transaction which can tie the process up for months and months.
